Deadline for 2010 Volunteer Tshirts -- Sunday, March 14
The rallymeisters are about to put in the order for volunteer shirts for the 2010 Georgia Mountain Rally, at the end of this week. If you haven't already, please sign up as a volunteer this week if you have your heart set on one of those awesome 2010 volunteer shirts!
We expect a strong turnout, and the club really need your help, especially in the Store, Registration, and the Coffeeshop. See all the volunteer opportunities. Please help
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP HELP HELP HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
We are in desperate need of volunteers for the country store at the rally! I need people all day Friday from 9am to 9 pm and Saturday from 1-3pm. The shifts are in 2 hours slots and I need 2 folks for each one. Please volunteers quickly so that you can get your t-shirt order in. I really am begging for help as the time is passing quickly. volunteers and begging
OK...I am not too proud to beg and for those that have signed up to work already THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!
Now more of the begging........ I need 11am -1pm Friday, 2 workers 3pm-5pm 1 or 2 Friday, workers 7pm-9pm 1 or 2 Friday, workers If we get these , then the store is staffed. I dont think that 2 hours is a lot to ask of folks and besides that...it is FUN!!! Please volunteer today so I can stop the begging!!! Paula

volunteer
OK THANKS so much to everyone that has already volunteered, but I need one more person from 7pm to 9pm with Chuck Murphy on Friday night. Then.....the rally store staff will be completed. Please, if you can, volunteer today. By volunteering today you can still get a free rally shirt and I can stop begging.!!!!!
