One thing we need to do is get the word out about our rally and try to make sure our attendance is up where we need it to be. Members can help by mentioning it on whatever other forums you may be a part of. Talk it up a little, explain what a great area it is to ride and how many great vendors we will have in one place, how good the steaks are, etc.

There are still a lot of riders out there that do not know about this event , I am convinced.

We have some flyers that can be circulated and posted also. And they do not have to be posted only in BMW dealerships. The can go at gathering spots like the Vortex, other dealerships in other towns, restaurants, etc.

Don't forget, daylight savings time starts Saturday night/Sunday morning... you need to spring your clocks forward an hour sometime late Saturday night or you risk missing lunch!
