The Georgia State Parks Visiting Challenge
Challenge Objective: Visit all 45 of Georgia's State Parks.
Challenge Period: Any calendar year.
Awards: Recognition to the person visiting the most State Parks
in Georgia during the period stated in the Challenge Period above.
The top three Challengers in this category will be recognized and
awarded appropriate forms of recognition to be determined by the Club
Officers at a later date.
Verification: Proof of your visit must be provided in the form of
a receipt for a parking or entrance fee or a picture of the rider and/or
his bike with an identifying sign for the Park being visited.
The Georgia State Parks Camping Challenge
Challenge Objective: Camp in all 45 State Parks.
Challenge Period: Any calendar year.
Awards: Recognition to the person camping at the most State Parks
in Georgia during the period stated in the Challenge Period above.
Camping at a Historical Park will count the same as camping at a
State Park, which would make the total number of camping possibilities
47. The top three Challengers in this category will be recognized and
awarded appropriate forms of recognition to be determined by the Club
Officers at a later date.
Verification: Proof of your visit must be provided in the form of
a receipt for your camping fee along with a picture of your campsite
with your bike in it.
The Georgia State Historical Sites Visiting and Camping Challenge
Challenge Objective: Visit all 18 State Historical Sites and Parks.
Challenge Period: Any calendar year.
Awards: Recognition to the person visiting the most State Historical
Sites/Parks in Georgia during the period stated in the Challenge Period
above.
The top three Challengers in this category will be recognized and
awarded appropriate forms of recognition to be determined by the Club
Officers at a later date. If there are more then three people who visit
all 18 State Historical Sites then all successful entrants will receive
recognition.
In addition to the recognition stated above, the first person to show
visitation of all forty five State Parks in Georgia will receive a special
recognition from the Club. This recognition will be determined by the
club officers at a later date but will be substantial and well worth
the effort of achievement.
Verification: Challengers must provide proof of visitation with a
Parking or Entrance Fee Receipt. If no fee is required then have a
statement signed by some responsible witness, i.e., attendant, police
officer, fellow club member or a picture of the member with his bike and
an identifying sign for the Site visited.
